Refund Policy

Please note - Stratford Youth Soccer will honor refunds for the Travel Soccer Programs within the following parameters:

  • $50 fee will be charged for refund requests until jersey fitting has taken place.
  • After this date, refunds will include a $200 charge which will be held to cover admin and uniform costs First installment - applicable until March 31st.
  • No refunds will be processed after 31st March.

Refund requests for the SYS House League Program will be reviewed until the end of March with a $25 admin fee.

2023/24 Indoor House League Program 

Held weekly on Sunday mornings at the Agriplex, Stratford.  

Program starts on October 22nd and ends of February 25th with the following  exclusion dates due to the facility being unavailable:

  • November 19, 2023
  • December 24, 2023
  • December 31, 2023
  • February 4, 2024

Program Cost:

U4 - U7 - $110 ($20 out of town fee)

U8 and above -$130 ($20 out of town fee)

U4 - U7 - 8:30am - 9:15am

  • 45 minutes of instruction and scrimmage for players
  • No formal teams
  • No standings

U8 and above - 9:30am - 103:30am

  • 60 minutes of instruction and scrimmage  for players 
  • No formal teams
  • No standings

The Registration "Registration" is not currently available.


Fee Schedule for Travel Soccer - Summer 2024

For all registrants outside of Stratford there is a $20 out-of-town fee that we will assess in addition to the registration below by doing a direct interac email request.

Stratford Youth Soccer  is offering a payment plan option for 2023 registration fees.

U8 - U12 Age Group

Total cost of season: $550 - payable in one lump sum OR 3 payments of $170 (due at time of registration,  28th February 2024 and 31st March 2024).

Registration must be complete by December 22nd 2023.

Registrations after this increases to $600.00 per registration.

U13 - U18  Age Group          

Total cost of season: $650 - payable in one lump sum OR 3 payments of $200  (due at time of registration,  28th February 2023 and 31st March 2023).

Registration must be complete by  December 22nd 2023.

After this date, the cost of registration increases to $700.00

Fee Schedule for program:

  • U3,U4,U5 (2021/2020/2019) - $115.00
  • U6  (2018)  - $145.00
  • U8 (2016) - $175.00
  • U10  (2014) -  $175.00
  • U12  (2012) - $175.00
  • U15 (2009) - $200.00

Volunteer Coaching Program

For the 2024 season if you volunteer as a coach you will receive a the below discount/reimbursement on your registration fees:

  • Coaches for U3/4/5 Divisions - $50
  • Coaches for U6/U8/10/12  Divisions - $70
  • Coaches for U15 Division  -$100
